Public speaking training liberated Rick Fornoff from his cubicle. As a data processing manager, he didn't realize the extrovert hidden within him, and suffered panic attacks when he had to address a group of 30 or so people in his company. His knees knocked so badly, he had to sit down.

He joined Toastmasters International to overcome his fears and then moved on to sales seminars, where the proverbial light bulb turned on. How many of his fellow students, he wondered, would be better salespeople if they could be better public speakers? Rick attended a number of public speaking programs, putting to use for himself the same techniques that have been successfully taught to employees of major corporations and government agencies over the past quarter-century.

As he continued his own self-improvement campaign, he became more active in Toastmasters, encouraging his fellow members and providing pointers to make them more effective speakers and presenters.

Now he has combined it all in Message Clarity. Working with small groups, he can have a major impact on each individual's journey to self-improvement and greater satisfaction at work and in other activities.
