This highly interactive and engaging class will teach you to accentuate your strengths and identify and minimize your weaknesses as a presenter.  Whether you address potential customers, investors, or the media, clearly presenting your case and creating action is critically important to your business.  There is no more compelling form of communication than speaking in person; refining your skills there will lead to an immediate improvement in your bottom line.

Marketing: Purposeful and Effective Communication

Communicating through the spoken word is a powerful sales tool. Whether it is a cause you support, a product you make, or a service you offer, it is important to be able to speak personally about it to individuals or groups. This interactive workshop will explore the variety of forms that verbal communication takes. Learn to identify your strengths and weaknesses as a communicator, how to deal with nerves, what audiences love and hate, and how to become more effective and comfortable as a speaker. (3 hrs)
